Donald Trump is pushing for a U.S. Crypto Reserve, initially highlighting XRP, Solana, and Cardano, later adding Bitcoin and Ethereum as āobviousā inclusions. His executive order in January directed a working group to explore a national digital asset stockpile, potentially sourced from seized crypto assets.
On Truth Social, Trump claimed the reserve would revitalize the crypto industry after ācorrupt attacksā by Bidenās administration. His post sent crypto prices soaring 20%+. DeepSeek, the Chinese AI startup, claims a 545% theoretical profit margin, but the calculation is highly speculative. The figure is based on theoretical income, assuming all AI model usage was billed at premium rates. In reality, actual revenue is much lower due to free services, discounts, and lower pricing for some models.
Despite this, DeepSeek has gained attention by developing competitive AI models at lower costs than OpenAI, even under U.S. chip restrictions.
